Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product(s)

  • Email those photos to us within 2 business days of the delivery date

Damage claims submitted after 2 business days may not be eligible for review.
