Processing & Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

Turnaround Time (TAT) refers to processing time only and does not include shipping time.

Once your order is dropped off with the carrier, it is no longer in our possession and we are not liable for transit issues.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting UPS directly using your tracking number.
