Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) refers to processing time only and does not include shipping time.

  • Once your order is dropped off with the carrier, it is no longer in our possession and we are not liable for transit issues.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting UPS directly using your tracking number.
